XS-ABILITY at WNE 2025
XS-ABILITY has just concluded its participation at WNE 2025 in Paris – one of the leading international events for the civil nuclear sector, held from November 4 to 6, 2025.
All project partners were present throughout the exhibition, meeting stakeholders, industry experts, and innovators from across the world. Several partners also showcased XS-ABILITY technologies and prototypes, illustrating how the project is advancing robotics, radiation sensing, and integrated monitoring solutions to innovate nuclear decommissioning.

Why WNE 2025 mattered for XS-ABILITY
As the world’s largest event dedicated to the civil nuclear industry, WNE 2025 offered a unique opportunity for the consortium to present its technological progress to a global audience.

The exhibition gathered industry leaders, operators, regulators, and research institutions from over 80 countries, providing an ideal environment to exchange knowledge and explore avenues for collaboration.
For XS-ABILITY, the event was a key moment to reinforce its role in the field of nuclear decommissioning and to showcase solutions designed to enhance safety and reduce human exposure in high-risk environments.

Highlights from the Exhibition
Over three days, XS-ABILITY partners demonstrated prototypes, shared expertise, and engaged in discussions on how advanced robotics and sensing technologies can address the challenges of dismantling complex nuclear sites.
Visitors had the opportunity to meet the team, discover recent achievements, and learn how the project’s solutions are being validated in real operational scenarios.
